Being present and working alongside you as you prepare physically, emotionally, and on a deep soul level for the transition to the all-encompassing postpartum period is the reason I committed to Doula life.

From the moment you entrust me with the privilege of being your Doula, I will be a steady sounding board for your triumphs, your concerns, your questions, your breakdowns, your breakthroughs, your joy and your tears.

Through it all, we will get to know each other and will work on the type of support you would like from me.

We offer birth, postpartum and combined Doula support packages to suit all of your needs. Each package is tailored just for you from a place of love and intuition.

Our time together doesn't begin the day you give birth. I will meet with you and your partner several times before the big day (or night). All of these meetings are custom designed for you as an individual. I see you.

Birthworkers love options! You have the choice of meeting in the comfort of your home, or for those who feel most comfortable in a neutral setting, I have a lovely private office available.

Birth Package includes:

• Endless Communication- I utilize phone, text, email, and Zoom to connect and keep in touch.

• Two certified back-up Doulas- In the event of a true emergency, I always have you covered.

• Uninterrupted Labor Support- Emotional, physical, and educational, guidance for the birthing person and partner. I can labor at home with you or meet at your birthing location.

• Immediate Postpartum- 2-3 hours of support following birth. Assistance with the numerous ways of infant feeding. Breast/chest, syringe, spoon, pumping, hand expressing, donor milk, bottle, and formula. I will check in via phone 24 hours after delivery. We will schedule a visit 3-4 days post birth to process your birth story together and address any resources or referrals needed.
